| Abstract |
The sports team acts as object of management and as the subject of activity. In this quality the team can act with domestic organized and to have determined scale of integration. Therefore it is interesting: as the group will be organized, who incurs functions of a management as far as they are efficient. As a result of self-organizing in group relations of prevalence and subordination, effect and following are established. These relations also characterize leadership.
