INFLUENCE OF STRENGTH LOADS ON THE MOVING REACTIONS INDICATIONS OF SPORTSMEN

| Abstract |
The contemporary sport conditions put forward high requirements to sportsmens strength training. Nowadays mean of development physical qualities are well-known. However questions concerning influence of athletic gymnastic on results of effectiveness of sportsmen activities are not well researched. Considering that indexes of successful activities are determined by appropriate moving reactions this article focuses on the impact of athletic gymnastic on the indexes of moving reactions of those sportsmen who do martial arts.
