| Abstract |
Concepts legal crop, legal consciousness and legal education are construed. Are defined their importance during formation of the civil society and legal consciousness of students. Programs and the approaches existing in the modern education are analysed. An essence of legal education of students should become inculcation of inclining of a valuable potential of the right, the law order, legal relations, legal regulation, the legal conscience. It is necessary to take into account close connection of all legal phenomena with valid worth and ideals of the society.
