Охарактеризованы модель качества жизни студентов и ее основные компоненты: объективные (уровень физического развития и ежедневной физической активности, материальное положение, возможность совершенствовать профессиональное мастерство или получить определенный академическая степень и т. д.) и субъективные (самочувствие, степень удовлетворения собственной жизнью, оптимизм, ощущение счастья, поставленные задачи и достигнутые результаты, отношения с окружающими и т. п.). Обосновано положительное влияние занятий физической культурой на физическую и умственную работоспособность студентов высших учебных заведений.
