MONITORING TECHNOLOGIES AT EMPLOYMENT TAE KWON DO WTF AND BODYBUILDING.

Abstract For studying of physical development and physical readiness of pupil, complex research of 2838 boys of 6-10 years of comprehensive schools of Irkutsk were conducted. 171 tested pupils were engaged in group of bodybuilding and 342 tested in tae kwon do. It is established that additional employment tae kwon do promote development and perfection of functionality of an organism of children, thus they don't render significant influence on anthopometrical indicators of children.
