A STATE OF PROBLEM OF ENERGY EXPENSES AND RATIONAL NUTRITION DETERMINATION OF YOUNG SPORTSMEN IN TEAM GAMES

Abstract The purpose of work consisted of study of problem of determination of energy expenses and rational nutrition of young sportsmen in team games. In the article on the basis of analysis of materials of literary and Internet-sources general theoretical-and-methodical approaches are described on the exposure of descriptions of energy expenses of sportsmen. It is present recommendations on drafting of ration of nutrition in the different kinds of sport. The results of experimental researches are presented on determination for the young sportsmen of indexes of expenses of energy and frequency of heart-rate in trainings with different in size loadings.
