Abstract	Purpose of researches: to define the level of motive qualities and functional state of bicyclists on the stage of the specialized base preparation. In researches took part 45 young bicyclists aged 15 years during the annual cycle of training. For the estimation of level of general and special physical preparedness of sportswomen the special pedagogical test was utillized. For the estimation of the functional state the medical biological methods of researches were utillized. The types of build of sportswomen are considered. The method of construction of mesocycle is developed taking into account the specific of womanish organism. The changes of morphological descriptions are rotined cardiovascular and respiratory systems of organism of sportswomen under influence of specific of select type of sport. The dynamics of speed, power qualities and endurance is certain.
