PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF SOCIAL AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITY SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTSMEN

Abstract Theoretical generalization and new decision of problem of the psychological providing of development of the social and technical activity systems of sportsmen is shown. In researches 98 sportsmen participated by age 22-26 years. For determination of level of their capacity psychological and physiological methods were used. The features of display of the functional states (FS) are set for sportsmen examinee both to beginning of trainings and after their completion. To beginning of training for the sportsmen the favourable is formed FS, and the mechanisms of adjusting of activity provide an optimal capacity. After completion of training for the sportsmen of control group the unfavorable state which results in the substantial decline of efficiency of activity is formed. For sportsmen experimental group after completion of trainings is not a substantial decline of level of efficiency of activity, that testifies to favourable influence of receptions of arbitrary psychical self-regulation on optimization of FS.
