POWER TRAINING OF YOUTHS OF SENIOR CLASSES ON THE LESSONS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

Abstract Power training of youths of senior classes is certain on the lessons of physical culture. Test exercises (undercutting on high horizontal bar, broad jump from a place) and tools are utillized (dynamometry). 26 youths took part in an experiment (age 17 years). Youths got busy on the method of development of force. The age-dependent features of display of power capabilities are certain for youths of senior school age. The positive changes of power possibilities of youths are set. Exercises are utillized with the unmaximum burdening with the maximal loadings (to 20% from the general volume of power preparation), isometric exercises (to 10% from the general volume of power preparation). It is recommended for development of force of basic muscular groups to utillize the method of the circular training. The basic burdening which was utillized on most stations is a sack with sand.
