PY - 2018/06/30 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - Individual chronobiological regularity in track-and-field sprint JF - Pedagogics, psychology, medical-biological problems of physical training and sports JA - PPS VL - 22 IS - 3 SE - Articles DO - 10.15561/18189172.2018.0306 UR - https://sportpedagogy.org.ua/index.php/PPS/article/view/911 SP - 149-155 AB - <p><em>The purpose</em> of the work: to identify the patterns of individual dynamics of competitive performance in track and field sprint.</p><p><em>Material.</em> The study involved a highly qualified athlete (running for short distances, long jumps).</p><p><em>Results.</em> In the sinusoidal functions of the competitive performance of the athlete, the period of oscillation was 32 to 48 days. It is shown that the period of the sinusoidal function of the dynamics of competitive performance (about 30-40 days) coincides with the period of the ovarian cycle of the athlete. A reliable relationship between the 400 m run time and intuitive biorhythm values was established (the oscillation period is 38 days (r = -0.58, p &lt;0.05)). The data obtained coincided with the period of fluctuations in the sports form. Training programs are built on the patterns of ups and downs of the functional state.</p><p><em>Conclusions</em>. Regularities of the individual dynamics of the sports form make it possible to provide the necessary correspondence between the state of the organism and the dynamics of the loads.</p> ER -
