| Abstract |
In the offered article authors take the reliable improvements of results of level of functional and physical development (UFFR) got them at the students of task medical force (SMG) on the account of individualization of the physical loadings (FN). Exactly individualization and distributing on the proper educational sub-groups gives possibility to individualization (FN). Such distributing what is going on during conducting of employments on physical education with the students SMG and the use of the original system of the dosed static and dynamic physical loadings (SDFN) and is, in opinion of authors, by that basis, that causes the FN optimization and valuable their implementation by students.
