GUIDING VALUES IN CHOOSING EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION

Abstract The problem of guiding values in choosing efficient management in education is under study. The target is leading guidance style for the relationships between the manager and the team as well as relationships between the manager and the outer surroundings are taken into consideration. Research of tendencies of students to the future professional work in educational institutions is necessary. Before each principal there should be a question of conscious betterment of style of a management of an institution according to demands of a society.
