THE ROLE OF IMMUNOLOGICAL REACTIVITY IN THE PATHOGENESIS UNDER INTERNAL DISEASES

Abstract The article deals with contemporary ideas on the state of immunological reactivity under internal diseases. The role of immune disturbances in the development of clinical manifestations of these diseases is shown in the article. Interrelations of different links of the immune system, correlations between specific immunity and natural protection of the organism are considered. The constance of a homeostasis in conditions of pathological changes is sustained by two interdependent processes: an annihilation of alien agents and regeneration of structural integrity of an injured field.
