PERFORMANCE OF REALIZATION OF LANDINGS AS NODAL DEVICE OF SPORTS TECHNIQUE OF A TERMINATING PHASE OF DISMOUNTS FROM A GYMNASTIC APPARATUS AND VAULTS OF STUDENTS AWF IN WARSAW ON PRACTICAL OCCUPATIONS AND COMPETITIONS

Abstract The goal of the research was the assessing of the quality of landings as the essential part of the final stage technique of the routines carried out by the students executing dismounts and vaults on the competition. 240 landings carried out by 80 students have been assessed. Registered results (76,25% of unstable landings) forces us to realize that incorrect landings constitute the serious problem. Untrained movement habits necessary to execute stable landings, poor technique of landings and low level of sensomotoric coordination are the main reasons of non-stable landings. It seems that working out the new technologies of a special training of the students in the process of teaching gymnastic exercises can improve the level of the efficient landings.
