HABITS OF PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT AND PHYSICAL EFFECIENCY OF STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITY

Abstract Necessity of a regular motor performance as occupations of physical training proves to be true during all term of learning. Established regularities and dependences map objective realizations of adaptive processes in an organism under effect of occupations of adequate intensity. Researches have allowed to install positive quantitative alterations of the investigated morphological functional and psychophysiological parameters of students and to optimize educational process.
