Abstract We developed specialized swimming shoulder blades for power preparation of students, which are engaged in swimming. Swimming shoulder blades provide the promoted resistance water thus create terms for more effective display of power endurance of swimmers. Offered by us shoulder blades have a few differences: they have two planes - one for the palm of hand, second for a forearm. In every plane they have opening for forming of water stream which retains the palm of sportsman from lateral displacements. The presence of plane of shoulder blade for a forearm prevents the negative effect of exception of forearm from rowing motion, as it by mistake is done by swimmers, which use shoulder blades only with one plane for a brush. Experimental researches showed efficiency of offered by us swimming shoulder blades as for the increase of power endurance and for the studies of technique of swimming of sportsmen of beginners.
