THE STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPORT AND PHYSICAL CULTURE

| Abstract |
The development of sport industry needs scientifically based strategy. This strategy must include the priority directions for all components and their peculiarities. As concrete events we can propose to enlarge old and use new financial sources, increase the quantity of sport buildings, attract children and young people to make physical activity, organize extensive social programs, provide the reforms and optimization of sport industry management. The final step of making the strategy is to introduce the goal-oriented planning into the sport organizations and the sphere of sport and physical culture on the whole.
