| Abstract |
From a wide arsenal of the Georgian folk national games and the physical exercises long since practiced in national physical training of teenagers, we have selected the certain kinds and have included in the school program of physical training (at lessons, and in out-of-class sports activities). It has been recognized, that the appropriate use of valuable educational elements of folk-national culture is very actual for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of physical training, as well as within the regard of the contemporary problems of general education.
