ACTUALITY OF CONDUCTING OF TESTING BY COMPLEX ESTIMATION OF PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF STUDYING GENERAL SCHOOLS

Abstract The essence of carrying out of complex estimation testing in physical training of secondary schools pupils is scientificaly grounded in this article. It is necessary to promote formation of positive motivation at youth to regular occupations by physical training. Each individual should orient by increase of a personal level of physical readiness. The state-of-the-art specialist owes a carry monitoring of physical readiness of learning comprehensive schools. The orientation on an able-bodied mode of life should become physical training of the person of the schoolboy leading at formation.
