| Abstract |
Influence of motivation on a life of the sportsman. Influence of sports activity motivation on a life of the sportsman after the termination of sports career is considered. The structure of extrinsic motivation which can provide psychological stability of the sportsman in case of sports failures is offered. Psychologic stability of the sportsman depends on the trainer, the future professional, public. The straightening motivation of the sportsman from the side of the trainer can convert training and competitive process into process of creation of the able-bodied person.
