THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE FACTORS DESCRIBING THE ABLE-BODIED MODE OF LIFE

Abstract The results of Donetsk area inhabitants questionnaire, concerning the importance of the factors describing a healthy way of life are analyzed in article . As a result of researches it is shown, that the most significant factor is physically active way of life. It is revealed, that the major source of the information concerning a healthy way of life is own experience of respondents.
