COMPLEX MODELING OF COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY AND SPECIAL TRAINING OF SWIMMERS

| Abstract |
We have investigated competitive activity and special training of swimmers. We have developed the complex modeling method of competitive activity and special training, which allows understanding and reproducing interrelation between sporting result of sportsman and his training at more lower structural and functional level: a constituent part of competitive activity is special qualities and abilities. The practical significance of the complex modeling is that it enables to increase the special training of a sportsman not in general, but strictly differentially, in accordance with necessities or requirements of that or other constituent part of competitive performance (a duel).
