THE CHOOSING REASONS OF BATHS AS MEANS OF RECREATION, THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE RATES OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

Abstract The article deals with the reasons of baths attendance. The most popular baths have been defined and there was cleared up how they affect the indexes of cardiovascular system. The majority of visitors of the improving center attend a bath with the purpose pleasantly to spend. The part of examinees uses procedures of a bath for strengthening health. Women prefer a sauna and a fallow (turkish) bath. Men select a sauna more often. After procedures of a bath frequency of cardiac reductions increases. The greatest change of his magnitude marked after visitation of a fallow (turkish) bath. After procedures of a bath negligible decrease systolic and a diastolic pressure of a blood is registered.
