THE IMPROVEMENT OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL POTENTIAL OF THE YOUNG SCHOOLCHILDREN

Abstract The distinctive peculiarity of the last decades is the unbelievable speed of social, scientific and technical development. The leading place acquires types of activity, connected with the restriction of physical activity, which is necessary for the standard development of the organism and support the optimal condition. But at the lessons of the physical culture a little time is devoted to the mental development of the young and junior schoolchildren, what is negative for their harmonic development. Integration of mental and physical activity of the young schoolchildren with the means of playing direction will allow to optimize their mental and physical development, to develop their thought and creative abilities, effectively influence on the process of education, what was proved by the authors ine the result of the research.
