PLASTY METHOD OF DEEP WOUNDS OF LEG AND FOOT

| Abstract |
In the article the new method of plasty of leg and foot deep wounds is introduced. The essence of the method: to measure the wound defect square and input the data into the original PC program Vasculograph, then calculate the minimal diameter of the necessary perforator artery and its location in one of the trifurcation artery pool, and then perform the ultrasound doppler angioscanning and locate precisely and individually the perforator artery with the calculation of the minimal diameter and in regard with this data find the place of the potential flap and perform the defect closure surgery using this flap.
