EXPERIENCE OF PREPARATION OF MASTERS ON A TRADE "PEDAGOGICS OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL"

Abstract The integration of Ukraine into the European educational area requires for the new method of approaching to preparation of the lecturers in the institutes of higher education. The operational experience of the chair of pedagogy and psychology in the national pharmaceutical university for training masters in the profession of «Pedagogy of the higher school» is being examined in the clause. It is proved, that the quality of preparation depends on the presence of the system of work for training the frames for the higher school. The optimal combination of the kinds of educational and research work will stipulate the quality of training the lecturers.
