INNOVATION METHODS OF CONTROLLING THE LEVEL OF TECHNICAL MASTERSHIP OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS

Abstract Technical mastership is a result of physical activity of trainees and also its integral index, as almost all of the organs and organism systems start the interaction while carrying out physical exercises. It is possible to determine the level of functioning of separate organism systems, which influence upon the result of physical exercise that gives an opportunity to directly affect the stimulation of separate systems and increase their level of activity during the study-and-training exercises, with the help of special exercise-tests. The author introduces the new methods of evaluation of technical mastership level of Physical education specialty students during the study of Track-and-field with the teaching methods discipline. The implementation of these new methods will make it possible to directly affect on the development of main biomechanic characteristics of physical exercises during the study-and-training exercises.
