Abstract The improving and preventive effect from physical culture lessons is indissolubly connected with increasing of physical activity, amplification of functions of the musculoskeletal system and activization of the metabolism. The constant impellent activity is necessary for supporting of the optimum physical and mental qualities which, first of all, influence on exchange processes in organism. The morphofunctional features of Higher educational institutions students are necessary not only for the characteristic of organisms condition of young people. Such features have both theoretical and practical importance for organization of physical education and sports training of student's youth in Higher educational institutions.
