CONTRIBUTION OF NATIVE TEACHERS OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE XIX-TH CENTURY TO THE WORKING OUT OF THE TEACHER`S PROBLEM

Abstract In the article contribution of domestic pedagogues of the second half of the XIX-th century to the development of teacher`s problem is definend. The basic requirements to the teacher`s personality including high moral and volitional qualities, professional knowledge and skills, and the corresponding general pedagogical and methodical training are presented. Concrete ways of teacher`s pedagogical skills improvement, specific for the given period are displayed.
