Abstract	The study of features of the functional state of vascular endothelium and physical preparedness of sportsmen and sportswomen 18-20 years on the final stage of their preparation to the season is conducted. Close dependence between current functional state of vascular endothelium and level of preparedness of the inspected volleyballers and handballers is shown. Findings can be used for optimization of the medical-biological checking system after the training process of sportsmen and sportswomen of higher qualification.
