Abstract They are presented: level of physical quality factors of high school senior students at the beginning of the first course of high school for the last five years; the level of the factors of physical flexibility quality of high school students of first course for the last five years. Track record of the positive change in physical flexibility is shown for the first year of the high school students, due to using of steady-state exercises with conservation of the still position of the body under condition of the achievement of the maximum amplitude of the motion; the special exercises for stretching spinal cord.
