Abstract	In the article is argue correctness of the use stage in undertaking academic and independent occupation with physical education in two years cycle of the training with gradual increasing their motor density, reductions of time of the achievement of the maximum value of the frequency of the warmhearted reductions and amount of their repetitions in one occupation that has realistically drawn near of students special medical groups before level of the factors of the groups of the main medical group and has allowed their translation in starting-up and main groups with physical education.
