| Abstract |
In the article the basic stages of the science education at
Great Britain at the end of the ХХ century − at the beginning of the ХХІ century are considered. The attention is
focused on the features of the revision of а secondary science curriculum at key stage 3 and key stage 4 of the
general educational training and modification of the Advanced-levels science curriculum according to the
requirements of the governmental program of Great Britain 14-19 Education and Skills.
