| Abstract |
In the given article is motivated a need of systematic
occupation by physical exercises for women of the average age. On the grounds of called on studies is defined
favourable influence systematic occupation by physical exercises on health of the women, better general states, increasing
to capacity to work. Improvement physical capacity to work is accompanied preventive effect in respect of factor of
the risk heartily-сосудистых diseases: reduction of the weight of the body and fatty mass. The contents cholesterols in
shelters, reduction arterial pressure and CHSS. Besides, regular physical drill allows to a considerable extent to delay
