| Abstract |
The article deals
with problems connected with teachers professional preparation to the work with gifted pupils. It also analyzes the
requirements to be met by English language teachers and suggests recommendations for the management of the
teaching process. To prepare teachers for realization of the conforming activity it is necessary even during their learning
in higher educational establishment. Realizing the potential during learning, the future teachers study to find out and
educe abilities of pupils.
