| Abstract |
The fixed assets and methods of development of power qualities are studied in the article. The use of additional exercises is thus offered from a weight double-event and athletic gymnastics. Among student's youth the interest with an unsatisfactory state of health, superfluous weight, predisposition to often diseases, infringement of bearing and the musculoskeletal system, defects of sight and psychological deviations is great. Therefore in addition to the basic specifications on power readiness it is offered to use power exercises on weight snatch (jerk, a push), and also managements of heavy athletics.
