THE PECULIARITIES OF PERSON'S MOTIVATIONAL SPHERE AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL FORMATION

| Abstract |
This article is dedicated to the investigation of persons motivational-requiremental sphere during their professional formation. The essential distinctions at the structure of this sphere are revealed. They point out that changes in a persons spontaneous development take place during professional activity, as it is a requirement that is a source of this development. The most expressed orientation - «Altruistic orientation» and «Orientation to money» are nodal. The frame of installations in motivational requirement to an orb of fi rst-year students has a breakage and will consist of two parts.
