USE OF PHYSICAL TRAINING WITH A HEALTH - RELATED ORIENTATION AT STUDENTS WITH CARDIO-VASCULAR SYSTEM'S DISEASES

Abstract In the article is considered the questions of structure of a rejection in a state of health and physical work capacity of students which concern to special medical group with diseases of cardiovascular system and a substantiation of the methodical approach of drawing up differentiated programs of use of means of physical training with an improving orientation. The analysis of diseases structures of students has shown that during last years the tendency of worsening students a state of health has become constant. As asking of students І-V years of University has shown only, 12 % of ІV and V years students and 32,4 % of students І and ІІІ years of study did physical exercises at home. As researches have shown, only 42 % of students adhered to a hygienic operating mode and rest. Differential application of means of improving physical training in view of a level of health and physical work capacity is offered.
