| Abstract |
The opportunity of decision of various impellent tasks during conducting of physical culture lessons in secondary educational institution is characterized by level of development of pupils' basic physical qualities, in turn, opportunity of performance by pupils of various impellent actions during physical exercises speaks about harmonious development of physical qualities. The power belongs to the basic physical qualities, and expressed through set of power abilities, which provide physical influence of a man on external objects. The power abilities of a man show through power of action, which develops with the help of muscular pressure.
