CORRECTION ACID-ALKALINE BALANCE IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE POISONINGS

| Abstract |
In the article are discussed mechanisms of the influence of new buffer-solution of sodium hydrocarbonate 4,2% - Soda-buffer - in the main section of pathogenesis of different acute poisonings. The authors examined 25 patients with acute poisonings: aethanol poisonings - 9, surrogate of the alcohol poisonings - 6, acetone poisonings - 3, barbiturate poisonings - 4, threecyclic antidepressants drugs - 3 patients, which in complex of the treatment used Soda-buffer infusion beside these patients promotes the treatment of the patients general condition, intoxication reduction, stabilization of laboratory-biochemical factors, eliminating the breaches acid-alkaline balance.
