Abstract The systematic muscular overstress during fulfillment of work actions, connected with the long fixation of the work pose, defects of different active motions of body, disbolism can lead to the thoracocervical osteochondrosis. The physical rehabilitation has the complex of rehabilitating activities focused on the recovery of functional state of people. Regeneration of locomotar function of a cervicothoracic department of a column effectively at incorporation in the program of medical gymnastics, massage, paraffin and therapies.
