THE TRAUMATISM OF THE HIGH SCHOOLS' STUDENTS DURING TABLE TENNIS LESSONS

Abstract The recreation physical culture lessons are not only the means of health condition's strengthening, but it can cause various traumas of the locomotor system also. The basic reason of the locomotor system's traumatism at table tennis section's students is insufficient warming-up of muscles and ligaments before game. Too fast increasing of training loadings is excessive for detrained muscles, ligaments and joints. The reasons of the students' traumatism during table tennis lessons are discussed at the article.
