Abstract Definitive questions of the comparative efficiency about the meanings of the bodybuilding according to level of women's physical condition on the first period of their mature age are considered (21-35 years old). Priority motives of exercises by bodybuilging of women is: lowering of mass of a body, a heightening of a level of physical readiness, dialogue with adherents. With the years the augmentation of valuable value of motives of improving character is observed. As a result of execution of the six-monthly experimental program condition agings the marked positive dynamics of the basic parameters of a physical state.
