CONDUCTING LESSONS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE BY FACILITIES OF POWER ORIENTATION IN THE CLASSES OF TYPES

Abstract The article deals with the problems of the type teaching of senior pupils with facilities of power orientation. The questions of positive influence of athletic gymnastics on the organism of teenagers are examined. Power exercises result in the considerable changes in protein metabolism of muscles. In a rest period the musculation is characterized by intensifying of synthesis of structural proteins. The augmentation of muscular mass is accordingly observed. It is recommended to unite development of force with development of other qualities. Affiliation of exercises different on rate of fulfilment gives the best effect.
