PLANNING THEORETICAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING OF GIRLS OF 8-10 YEARS WHICH ARE ENGAGED IN WEIGHTLIFTING

Abstract The contents of sports training in an initial stage with girls of 8-10 years is considered. Trainings the carry with a perspective on perennial sports body height follows. It{he} lasts and after transition in bunch of adults. Sections of the educational training program are introduced. They are necessary for work. It is the block of theoretical exercises, general, special and technical training. Training work with juvenile sportsmen should not be guided on reaching of high sports outcome in first a grade level.
