Abstract It is introduced uses of the musical methods for optimisation of training and a relaxation of students - sportsmen. The musical method educes in a cultural direction of knowledge of students about music. It allows to extend knowledge of music in short time. The method optimizes educational training exercises, increases physical and mental condition of students. The musical method it is necessary diversly and is differentiated to introduce in educational training process. The level of achievements in sport during conducting experiment has increased. Introduction of the musical method is necessary to improve and investigate at a medical level.
