Abstract Adaptive shifts of muscles blood supply of the lower extremities at elite athletes which specialized in kind of sports with demonstration of speed and strength performance. It was established; that in the result of the long-term adaptation at elite athletes the muscles blood supply of the lower extremities is increase. It was shown that the muscle blood supply of the lower extremities of the athletes is differ depends from the qualification and specialization.
