EVALUATION IMPROVEMENT OF COORDINATION ABILITIES IN PHYSICALLY ACTIVE PERSONS

| Abstract |
The authors presented the results of coordination abilities on the basis of indices accuracy of static and dynamic force differentiation in 249 examined persons. The subjects performed many attempts of isometric hand grip with a force of 100 N less than the maximum value assessed at the beginning of the test and hits of a golf ball to the target. The collected data characterized the accuracy and the rate of learning kinesthetic differentiation in specific conditions. The quantitative and qualitative evaluation scales of these coordination abilities were drawn up.
