| Abstract |
The ideomotor training of tabletennis players is one of the important sections in complex preparation of sportsman. At the same time, the original self-regulation of emotional-vegetative functions of organism is achieved through the ideomotor training and this kind of preparation is used by lecturers at training of students of tabletennis educational unit of NTUU "Kiev polytechnic institute". The psychological component has the large meaning during training the students to technical elements, thus it is necessary to take into account that the majority of Technical university students are not sportsmen, hence, they have less time for preparation and perfection of own game.
