Abstract The political system transformation in Poland disclosed the cultural delays of the education, and the crisis and inefficiency of the educational institutions. The above mentioned has also began the discussion around the assignments of pedagogical science, the problems of bringing up, and the circumstances of education updates. The threats met by the teenagers nowadays are not only biological and psychological, but also eco - technical, civilization - technical and socially - psychological on which are the children, young people and adults exposed as well, and concern both the individuals and the whole social groups or ethnic minorities. The attempts of the integration of the educational targets came to the final collapse, and the choices concerning the education of young members of the society have been transfered to the families, under the slogan of enlarging the famyly's educational autonomy and the freedom of civil rights.
